Orlando

Stamford Arts Centre puts on excellent shows. We had doubts about an evening with one performer on stage. 

Based on Virginia Woolf's novel Orlando, with a main character who is  not only immortal but also begins as a male, and later changes into a female. Rebecca Vaughan, of Dyad Productions, relates his/her own adventures with gusto, holding the audience's full attention for 90 minutes.
And now, I shall have to read the book!
